Lu Stazzu restaurant is set deep in the natural beauty of Sardinia, among centuries-old olive and juniper trees. We welcome our customers into a family atmosphere, where they can try the specialities of local Sardinian cooking, full of all the island's charm and flavours.
We are just a few miles from Porto Cervo, within easy driving distance, an ideal spot for an evening out with good company and good food.

Our indoor rooms are full of unique furniture, made by experienced craftsmen. The covered veranda offers a wonderful view over the Gulf of Arzachena. On a clear day you can see as far as the islands of La Maddalena and even the mountains of Corsica.
You can eat on our outdoor terrace surrounded by the wild smells and noises of nature.
THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME
of our restaurant
Tradition is our meat and drink – which is why we renovated an old
country cottage, or
stazzu,
in
the Gallura region to set up our restaurant. The word we chose for our name, "stazzu", from the Latin "statio", means both an old peasant business and the house of its owner. Here we cook suckling pig and other roasts according to historic tradition.
